David Shamszad is an American executive and entrepreneur who founded and leads SG Real Estate, a real-estate investment and management company based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has also become a public speaker and advocate on mental health and addiction. [2][3][5]

Shamszad founded SG Real Estate in 2011 and serves as its CEO. The Berkeley-based company works across residential and commercial property management, brokerage, acquisitions and real-estate investment. [2][3]
